My dog doesn't have a phone. Does he need an Iphone or Google Android device to play Zoundz?
You’re in luck! Neither your dog nor cat needs to have a phone of any type. Zoundz can be played on any IOS or Android Device (including tablets, TVs, computers, phones and more) and then played through the device’s speaker, casted to WiFi connected devices, or tethered to bluetooth connected speakers.

What if my cat doesn't like Zoundz? What's your cancellation policy?
While we’re quite sure your cat will love Zoundz (at least as much or more than the thousands of other cats listening to Zoundz every day), we make it easy to cancel at any time and we won’t bill you again after cancellation. it’s that simple. What should I do if my Zoundz app won't play?
Sorry you’re having trouble. Below are some quick troubleshooting steps to try.There are a couple of quick troubleshooting steps we recommend trying. (1) Check to make sure your speaker has not been disconnected from its power source. (2) Check to make sure your Wi-Fi is on and your device is connected to the internet. (3) Check to make sure that you are not logged out of your Zoundz account and/or your smart speakers by opening the app on the account owner’s device. (4) Try logging out of and into the app. (5) Check the app store for potential updates to the Zoundz app. If none of the above fix the issue, please email us at support@zoundzforpets.com.
