Shari leads both a client service team and has a leadership role in Innovation at Radius. She’s a creative problem solver and natural collaborator, who excels at advising clients on the best way to leverage insights to optimize brand offerings, identify clear innovations, develop compelling propositions and drive growth for brands. She brings a high level of innovation to meet new business realities.

Shari’s is also deeply devoted to sustainability, having co-authored Climb the Green Ladder: Make Your Company and Career More Sustainable, published by Wiley, 2009.

From her early childhood days, Shari has been an animal lover who realizes the pure joy they bring to our lives. Shari adopted Gracie, a golden retriever as puppy, a true sweetheart who shares her life with a loving husband, Steve, and sons Jake, Mike, daughter-in-law Tina and superstar grandson Lucas.
